Our QA System Covers

Contract & Drawing Review

Before production starts, our engineering and production teams review project drawings, technical specifications, connection details, fabrication requirements, and delivery scope to ensure all departments work from approved information.

Raw Material Verification

All incoming steel materials, plates, sections and welding consumables are checked against procurement requirements and relevant documentation. Material grade, size, quantity and appearance are verified before release to production.

Fabrication Process Control

Quality checkpoints are established throughout fabrication, including:
• Cutting and marking accuracy
• Asembly fit-up control
• Welding sequence and appearance control
• Dimensional inspection of members
• Hole location and connection detail verification
• Correction and finishing inspection

Welding Quality Control

Welding is one of the most critical parts of steel structure manufacturing. We pay close attention to welding procedure control, welder qualification management, joint preparation, fit-up inspection, and visual examination of completed welds. Where required by project specifications, additional inspection or testing can be arranged.

Surface Preparation & Coating Inspection

For painted steel structures, surface cleaning, rust removal, coating application and dry film thickness are controlled according to project requirements. We aim to ensure both corrosion protection performance and coating consistency.

Final Inspection Before Delivery

Before packing and shipment, finished products are checked for:
• Dimensions and tolerances
• Member identification and traceability
• Weld appearance
• Coating condition
• Quantity and packing completeness
• Shipping marks and documentation

QC Documents & Traceability

To support project transparency and client confidence, relevant quality records can be prepared according to contract requirements, such as:

Material certificates
