On May 24, 2025, Yaohai Steel Structure organized about 200 employees to visit and study at the Hefei Museum Project site. The steel structure works of the project have been fully completed. During the visit, employees witnessed that the steel components they personally fabricated were perfectly applied in the museum construction, expressing strong pride and a strong sense of accomplishment.

As a key cultural project in Hefei, the steel structure part of the Hefei Museum Project was constructed by Yaohai Steel Structure. At the site, the project leader gave a detailed introduction to the technical difficulties and corresponding solutions during steel structure construction. The staff listened carefully and stopped from time to time to view the steel components they had participated in producing, with a warm and enthusiastic atmosphere.

After the visit, all employees returned to the Xinqiao Production Base for a team building activity. At the beginning of the event, Mr. Ling Hongbing, Chairman of the company, delivered a speech, briefly explaining the purpose of the activity and expressing gratitude to all staff for their efforts in project construction.

The event was prepared with a rich variety of specialties, including whole roasted lamb, crayfish, boiled peanuts and other delicious food. Employees sat together, enjoyed the meal, shared work experience and interesting life stories, with constant laughter and joy.

The activity sessions were splendid and colorful. Employees actively participated in singing performances to show their talents. The beer drinking competition pushed the atmosphere to a climax, with participants competing intensively and the audience cheering loudly.

This half-day study tour and team building activity not only showcased the company’s achievements in participating in key engineering projects, but also enriched the cultural life of employees.
