Safety First, Alarm Bell Ringing Long

Safety First, Always Vigilant

At the beginning of the meeting, the person in charge of the safety department emphasized the importance of safe production and pointed out several potential safety hazards identified in recent inspections of equipment operation and working conditions, including non-standard wearing of personal protective equipment and inadequate timely maintenance of some equipment.

Accordingly, immediate corrective measures were formulated: strengthening safety training to ensure every employee is familiar with operating procedures; implementing a regular equipment inspection and maintenance plan to keep equipment in good condition. Meanwhile, employees were encouraged to take the initiative to report potential hazards, and a “Safety Star” reward mechanism will be established to foster a safety culture with full staff participation.

Quality-Oriented, Excellence Pursued

The quality management department reported several quality issues found in finished product inspection last week, mainly focusing on product appearance defects and unstable performance.

To address these problems, the meeting decided to optimize production processes, introduce stricter quality control standards, and strengthen inspection of raw materials and in-process quality control. A “Quality Month” campaign will be launched, including quality knowledge competitions and lectures by industry experts, to improve overall quality awareness. In addition, quality improvement teams will be set up to develop special solutions for common problems and ensure continuous improvement of product quality.

Efficient Progress Management

Regarding production progress, the meeting analyzed the implementation of current production plans and identified issues such as poor connection between processes and delivery delays on some production lines.

To solve these problems, the meeting decided to adopt an advanced production planning and management system to realize real-time monitoring and dynamic adjustment of production progress. The scheduling system will be optimized to ensure reasonable allocation of human resources and reduce production bottlenecks caused by insufficient manpower. Cross-departmental communication and coordination will be strengthened to ensure timely material supply, equipment maintenance and other support, providing solid guarantee for production progress.

Smooth Delivery Management

For delivery issues including delayed shipments and packaging damage caused by poor information communication, the meeting decided to implement a standardized delivery process:

Establish a detailed delivery recording system to ensure traceability of each order;

Strengthen packaging quality control and use more robust packaging materials;

Set up a customer service hotline to respond to inquiries promptly and improve customer satisfaction.

In addition, regular logistics coordination meetings will be held to cooperate closely with logistics companies, optimize transportation routes and shorten delivery time.
