According to the public planning announcement released by the Shanghai Hongkou District Government, the land use covers commercial service land, business office land and Category-IV residential group land, while the building functions include office, commercial and rental residential uses. The project has a construction land area of approximately 38,851.1 m². The adjusted planning announcement shows a total building area of approximately 200,292.48 m², including approximately 139,632.33 m² above ground and 60,660.15 m² underground.

The project planning includes approximately two 20-storey office buildings, three 5-storey office buildings, one 3-storey commercial and public service building, one 23-storey rental residential building, one single-storey power distribution facility and underground space. Multiple building types are integrated into a compact, multifunctional and high-density urban development, placing higher requirements on the fabrication accuracy, production organization and delivery coordination capabilities of the steel structure manufacturer.
